Meet Janelle
Brand Strategist // Web Designer
Born and raised in Northern New Mexico, Janelle is endlessly inspired by vast high desert landscapes, earthy color palettes, and a friendly, no-nonsense approach to life and business. As a community-minded designer, she is driven by thoughtful composition, engaging UX, and intelligent marketing insights. For over a decade, Janelle has been serving a wide range of clients including forward-thinking non-profits, lifestyle and culture brands, artists, and entrepreneurs -- in New Mexico and around the world. With an MBA in international management from the University of New Mexico, her global work includes clients as far and wide as Kampala, Buenos Aires, and Barcelona.

JNL specializes in brand identity and web design for the thoughtfully ambitious among us. We handle most tasks in-house, but if needed, we have a huge network of talented people that we can take in on short notice.

The Process
Step one: Discover
Here we just chat! We can zoom or find a cozy coffee shop. I learn your needs, you learn mine! We decide to move ahead (or not) depending on what we learn. It'll be fun, I promise.
Step two: Plan
Here we visualize our end product through creation and curation of wireframes (a rough layout), copy (the words on your website), and imagery (visual elements such as photos, illustrations, icons, colors, and textures).
Step Three: Develop
By now, we like the plan we have laid out. We have all of our ducks in a row, so to speak. We can see the vision! Now it's time to develop it and get it on the web.
Step Four: Maintain
We love the site. Now let's launch it and tell everyone! Here is also where I show you how to use the site, how to make updates, and we plan to check-in periodically.
